NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute (DLI) FAQs

If you’re seeing an error message that says “Oops - something went wrong,” clear your cache, turn on Incognito mode, or try using a different browser.

If you get a message that says “You do not fulfill the requirements at this time, it could be that your customer birthdate is incorrect or that you’re not yet eligible to create an account. Please reference NVIDIA’s privacy policy.

If you get an email address error, try using a different browser.

If you’re having trouble with your password, you can change it. 1) Go to account.nvidia.com, 2) Click on "Need help logging in?” and hit "RESET PASSWORD.” Enter your email address there and you will receive a password change email shortly. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t receive it within a few minutes.

If you need to change your login email for your developer account, you can do so directly through the NVIDIA account portal. Log into https://account.nvidia.com and change your email address there.

Please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find your confirmation email NVDLI@nvidia.com.

First, double check that your promo code date has not expired. If the date is still valid, you might also need to ensure that the promo code covers the full value of your course. For instance, some codes are worth $30 USD and others are valued at $90 USD. Check the details on your offer for more information. 

If you’re still having problems, check your spelling, make sure that you’re not entering the code in the online shop payment cart, and ensure that you’re not attempting to apply a DLI Self-Paced Training promo code for a DLI Instructor-Led course.

If your purchase does not go through, please recheck your payment details. If you don’t get an error message, please contact NVDLI@nvidia.com for support.

To view your invoice, find the order on your account's Order Information page and click the "View Order" button. This will open a new page and from there you will be able to view and download your invoice.

Training Services content, provided by NVIDIA, will be available online for up to six months from the completion date. This is based on Training Services terms of use. View our Deep Learning Institute Training Services Terms and Conditions to access more details.

Visit websocketstest.courses.nvidia.com and make sure all three test steps are checked “Yes.” This will test the ability for your system to access and deliver the training content. If you encounter issues, try updating your browser. Note: Only Chrome and Firefox are supported. Try connecting to a different network (switch VPN off/on) or using a different device.
