Facebook entrants must comment on any of the official posts on the participating Facebook social channels relating to Warzone NVIDIA Reflex Challenge, answering the question if prompted, and include “#CallofDutyNVIDIAxMSI” in their reply.
Instagram entrants must comment on any of the official posts on the participating Instagram social channels relating to Warzone NVIDIA Reflex Challenge, answering the question if prompted, and include “#CallofDutyNVIDIAxMSI” in their reply.
Entrants will receive an entry for every comment that includes the #CallofDutyNVIDIAxMSI hashtag on participating social media channels. NVIDIA reserves the right to invalidate automated or multiple entries over a short period of time.

3. Unlockable prizes for this promotion:
Between the 19th June 2024 16:00 BST and the 26th June 18:00 BST NVIDIA will count the uses of the qualifying “#CallofDutyNVIDIAxMSI“ hashtags across X Comments, Facebook-Comments and Instagram-Comments on participating social media channels. Depending on how many hashtags are received in total, additional prize levels will be awarded as follows:
• Level 1: 20,000 – 39,999 Hashtags
• Level 2: 40,000 – 59,999 Hashtags
• Level 3: 60,000 Hashtags and above
Additionally between the 27th June 09:00 BST and 8th July 18:00 BST a second phase will be active, in which NVIDIA will count the uses of the qualifying “#CallofDutyNVIDIAxMSI“ hashtags across X Comments, Facebook-Comments and Instagram-Comments on participating social media channels. Depending on how many hashtags are received in total, additional prize levels will be awarded as follows:

Runner-up prizes:
One (1) prize will be awarded to an entrant residing in each of the 2 losing teams’ eligible countries as stated above, based on the team’s score within the Warzone NVIDIA Reflex Challenge livestream 2.
Determination of prize winners:
Sweepstakes winners will be drawn at random from those entrants from the prize-winning territory who have qualifying ”#CallofDutyNVIDIAxMSI” hashtag social media comments across X Posts, Facebook-Comments and Instagram-Comments on participating social media channels.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the prize levels unlocked. The winner of each prize may not substitute the prize for its cash equivalent. NVIDIA reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with any article or service of similar or greater value at its sole discretion. Prize(s) may not be assigned or transferred.
4. The winners of each prize level will be randomly drawn by a representative of NVIDIA, whose decision will be final and binding in all respects, from all entries in a random drawing. The winners will be notified by private message or email within twenty four (24) hours after the drawing. Each winner must respond to the notification email within two (2) days from the time the notification message or email is sent, or prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner. Winners will be selected on a rolling basis between 16th July & 19th July 2024, with all winners notified by 24th July 2024. We aim to ship all prizes by 5th August 2024.

If the winner is an online entrant, the winning online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address from which the entry was made.
