Game Ready For Shadow of the Tomb Raider
Lara Croft’s story continues this week with the release of Crystal Dynamics’ Shadow of the Tomb Raider. This time, Lara sets off for South America, hot on the trail of Trinity and new relics hidden in the titular tombs.
As with Rise of the Tomb Raider, Lara’s adventure looks and plays best on PC thanks to the addition of graphics-enhancing technologies, faster framerates, and higher rendering resolutions. For a taste, check out the Shadow of the Tomb Raider tech trailer below.
Shadow of the Tomb Raider visuals will be further enhanced by the addition of NVIDIA RTX Ray-Traced Shadows in a post-release patch. These new, cutting-edge shadows mirror reality closer than any shadow technique seen previously, delivering lifelike videogame shadowing for the very first time.
