NVIDIA Reflex: Increasing Responsiveness in FragPunk’s Upcoming Beta & Marvel Rivals Launch December 6

NVIDIA Reflex is a game-changer, reducing system latency on GeForce graphics cards, desktops and laptops so your actions occur quicker, giving you a competitive edge in multiplayer matches, and making single-player titles more responsive and enjoyable.

Since its debut in September 2020, NVIDIA Reflex has reduced system latency in over 120 games, and over 90% of GeForce gamers have enabled Reflex. 9 of the top 10 competitive shooters feature Reflex support, including Apex Legends, Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® III, Call of Duty®: Warzone™, Counter-Strike 2, Escape From Tarkov: Arena, Fortnite and Overwatch 2, along with critically acclaimed smash hit games such as Cyberpunk 2077, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Diablo IV, Dragon’s Dogma 2, Remnant 2, God of War, Hi-Fi RUSH, Microsoft Flight Simulator, Red Dead Redemption 2, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, and Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered.

In 2023 alone, GeForce gamers played over 10 billion hours of their favorite titles with increased responsiveness thanks to Reflex’s innovative system latency reducing technology.

Additionally, Star Wars™ Outlaws recently launched with day-one support for Reflex. And if you sign-up to the FragPunk closed beta that begins in October, Reflex will be ready and waiting for you, making gameplay more responsive in its online matches.

This September also sees two major esports tournaments for DOTA 2 and Fortnite kick-off - in each, Reflex is available to ensure competitors’ skill shines through, minimizing the time it takes for their actions to occur on-screen. One of the biggest teams in esports, Cloud9, has returned to DOTA 2, and we can announce their organization’s training center is now powered by a bank of GeForce RTX 40 Series GPUs, helping their players get even better in DOTA 2 and every other PC game they compete in.

Cloud9 Now Powered By GeForce RTX 40 Series GPUs and NVIDIA Reflex

With over 170 first place wins since their formation in 2013, Cloud9 are one of the world’s most successful esports organizations. And with teams currently competing in 16 different games, they need a top notch training facility where players can practice in-person together on competition-grade PCs. That’s why their systems are now powered by GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER GPUs as part of a new collaboration to push the boundaries of esports excellence.

"We're incredibly excited to work with NVIDIA and bring their amazing technology to Cloud9. GeForce RTX 40 Series GPUs and NVIDIA Reflex technology give our players the performance and responsiveness they need to stay ahead of the game. This collaboration is a huge step for us as we continue to push the limits in competitive gaming and content creation," shares Jack Etienne, Cloud9 Co-Founder and CEO.

In competitive games supporting Reflex, tournament organizers activate it to ensure the smoothest and most responsive systems possible. By outfitting their training facility with GeForce RTX 40 Series GPUs, Cloud9 can mirror the hardware and software setups of the tournaments they attend, where millions of dollars of prize money can be on the line.

At the highest levels of competition, being perfectly attuned to the performance and responsiveness of a high-end system gives players a further advantage, ensuring they can immediately play at their best from the first seconds of every match.
