NVIDIA System Latency Challenge Powered By NVIDIA Reflex

Looking to improve your aim within your favorite FPS? Have you ever wondered how your system’s latency may be affecting your accuracy, or what it feels like to play on high or low system latency?

In a special partnership with NVIDIA, KovaaK’s has added several “system latency challenge” modes and will be free to download from Steam December 14th to December 21st 2021.

Have you ever played a game and its responsiveness didn’t feel quite right? You’re likely feeling high system latency. System latency is the delay between your mouse or keyboard actions and the resulting pixel changes on the display, say from a gun muzzle flash or character movement. The higher the system latency, the more delayed the player experiences will be in game.

Responsiveness is key to precision.

If you were to play a first person shooter with high system latency, you may see an enemy in your crosshairs but when you click to fire it somehow misses. This would be an example of experiencing a delayed gamescape as the enemy has already moved locations in the midst of that delay. The lower your latency, the better your hitreg.
