NVIDIA AI Summit India is an extraordinary three-day journey into the future of artificial intelligence at the NVIDIA AI Summit in India. NVIDIA AI Summit will take place October 23 -25 2024, at the Jio World Convention Center.

AI Summit India will be held in the Jio World Convention Center (G Block, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400098, India).

AI Summit India invites attendees to network with peers, exchange ideas, and explore the latest innovations from NVIDIA and our partners firsthand through interactive demos and exhibits. Whether you're a seasoned AI professional, a business executive seeking to integrate AI strategies, or a curious enthusiast exploring the frontiers of technology, this promises to be a transformative event shaping the future of AI and accelerated computing.

There’s no deadline to register for AI Summit India, but it’s very likely that the event will sell out, so early registration is recommended.

The minimum age to attend NVIDIA AI Summit India in person is 18.

If you’re registering with a personal email address and don’t see the verification email, please add "nvidia.com" and "account@nvidia.com" to your safe senders and domain list.

If you’re registering with a corporate email address, get in touch with your IT department to allow emails from "nvidia.com" and "account@nvidia.com" or register with a personal email address.

Yes, a goods and services tax (18%) has been applied to all AI Summit India pass types. 

Yes, we offer an early bird discount of 50% for all attendees until September, 11th 2024. An Academic, Government & Non-Profit rate will automatically be applied when you register with a university, government, or non-profit email address; however the offer doesn’t apply to group Conference or group DLI Workshops. • Before 24:00 IST, Friday, October 4, 2024 — 
  • 2,000 INR cancellation fee will apply to Conference passes
  • 5,000 INR cancellation fee will apply to DLI: Instructor Led Training passes
• After 24:00 IST, Friday, October 4, 2024 — No refunds will be granted.
• No-shows are ineligible for a refund.

We accept Credit cards (except American Express) as a method of payment. All payments are processed in INR (Indian Rupee) and refunds are processed in USD (United States Dollar). Your registration must be paid in full in order to attend the conference.

After registering for AI Summit India, the transaction will appear on your credit card or bank statement as “RAINFOC*NVIDIAaisumIND”.

Substitution requests will be granted but must be received by 24:00 IST, Friday, October 11, 2024. To transfer your registration to a colleague please email AISummitIndia_Support@nvidia.com, and we'll be happy to assist you. 

You must complete your in-person registration and purchase a Conference pass to watch the Fireside chat with NVIDIA CEO and Founder Jensen Huang and many more. 

Once you’ve completed registration for AI Summit India, log in to the attendee portal to purchase the DLI workshop of your choice. 

Please visit the AI Summit India Session Catalog for a full description of each workshop prerequisites. You will need to provide your own laptop/tablet for each of the workshop sessions. Unfortunately, DLI full-day workshops are live, instructor-led programs and will not be recorded. However, DLI also offers self-paced, online training; these courses also offer hands-on experience with GPUs in the cloud.
