If you can’t make the event, submit your cancellation requests at AISummitIndia_Support@nvidia.com. The following processing fees will apply:

Before 24:00 IST, Friday, October 4, 2024
- 2,000 INR cancellation fee will apply to Conference passes
- 5,000 INR cancellation fee will apply to NVIDIA workshops
After 24:00 IST, Friday, October 4, 2024—No refunds will be granted.
No-shows are ineligible for a refund.

Substitution requests will be granted but must be received by 24:00 IST, Friday, October 11, 2024. To transfer your registration to a colleague or if you’re having difficulty registering online, please email AISummitIndia_Support@nvidia.com and we'll be happy to assist you.
