NVIDIA App Redemption FAQ

1. Create an NVIDIA Account.
2. Download, install, and open the NVIDIA app or GeForce Experience.
3. Log in with your NVIDIA Account.
4. Play 50 continuous minutes of Diablo IV, The Elder Scrolls Online, Fallout 76, The Finals, or World of Warcraft
5. Rewards will populate within 2 hours of completing a GeForce LAN Mission.
6. Restart your NVIDIA app
7. Go to Redeem under your profile icon to see if you have available Rewards.
8. Claim your Reward directly via the NVIDIA app or GeForce Experience.

Follow these steps

1. Rewards should populate in NVIDIA app or GeForce Experience within 2 hours of Mission completion.
2. Check that you meet the system requirements and that you are in a qualifying country.
3. Restart the NVIDIA app or GeForce Experience if the reward doesn’t show up in your NVIDIA app or GeForce Experience account.
4. If the issue persists, please contact NVCC for help.

Follow these steps if you receive an error message such as “We are unable to process your redemption due to technical difficulties. Please try again later.”

1. Logout and close NVIDIA App or GeForce Experience.
2. Restart and login to NVIDIA App or GeForce Experience.
3. Go to Redeem under your profile icon.
4. Claim your Reward directly via the NVIDIA app or GeForce Experience.
5. If the issue persists, please contact NVCC for help.

To redeem your Diablo® IV code:

1. Login to the Battle.net account overview
2. Enter the code in the Redeem a Code box and click Redeem Code

To claim a code on the Battle.net Desktop App:

1. Login to the Battle.net Desktop App
2. Click your profile icon at the top right corner of the App
3. Click Redeem Code

Claim Your Code On The Battle.net Mobile App
To claim a code on the Battle.net Mobile App:

1. Login to the Battle.net Mobile App
2. Click Profile
3. Expand the Account section
4. Choose Redeem Code

TO REDEEM THE REWARD, PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:

1. Copy reward code shown
2. Confirm that you own a copy of The Elder Scrolls Online before redeeming a reward code.
3. Navigate to this URL to sign into your ESO account: https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/login?redirect=%252Fen-us%252Fredeem-code
4. Enter the code and click Redeem Code to submit.

To redeem a promotional code on the Bethesda website:

1. Log in to your Bethesda account via the web browser.
2. Click on your username in the top right corner.
3. Select Redeem Code.
4. Enter your reward code, and click Redeem.

To use a redeemed reward in Fallout 76:

1. After Redemption, log into your Bethesda Account and enter a world on a created character
2. Go to a Armor Crafting Workbench,
   1. Found out in the world or typically in a player's C.A.M.P.
3. Under the Outfit or Headwear Sections you will be able to see the respective Reward
4. Craft the Premium Item with the appropriate resources in-game
   1. This item will not be tradable and is marred by the atomic shop symbol

To redeem your World of Warcraft code:

1. Log into your Account Overview
2. Enter the code in the Redeem a Code box and click Redeem Code

To claim a code on the Battle.net Desktop App:

1. Login to the Battle.net Desktop App
2. Click your profile icon at the top right corner of the App
3. Click Redeem Code

Claim Your Code On The Battle.net Mobile App
To claim a code on the Battle.net Mobile App:

1. Login to the Battle.net Mobile App
2. Click Profile
3. Expand the Account section
4. Choose Redeem Code

1. Install your qualified graphics card. Update or install the latest version of NVIDIA app. Open and log in to NVIDIA app.Go to Redeem under your profile icon and select “Redeem”.
2. Enter your bundle code from your qualifying bundle purchase.
3. Follow the remaining instructions on screen.
4. If for a game title on Steam, Uplay, Battle.Net, or Origin, you may be prompted to log in to a digital store account where your game will be received. If for a game title on other digital stores, you will receive a second code to redeem on their portal.

6. For troubleshooting help in China, please contact us through our WeChat service account “英伟达GeForce微信公众号” to get customer support.

You must have an NVIDIA account.

Go to your account profile icon located on the top right of the website to sign up or log into your NVIDIA account. Once logged in, you’ll be directed to your profile page where you can check your rewards opt-in status.

- Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, or 11 operating system

- You must be on a GTX 10 Series or above 

Rewards are available on a first come first served basis and not guaranteed for all. 

Rewards are accessible via NVIDIA app and GeForce Experience in the redemption page.

Follow GeForce channels and update your email preferences to stay up-to-date when new rewards are available.

This GeForce LAN Mission rewards are not available in China, Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Venezuela, and Cuba (void where prohibited by law).
