New GeForce Game Ready Driver Released, Supporting THRONE AND LIBERTY & New NVIDIA App Features

Our newest GeForce Game Ready Driver enables RTX HDR multi-monitor support in our latest NVIDIA app beta update, and gets you Game Ready for MechWarrior 5: Clans, Starship Troopers: Extermination, and THRONE AND LIBERTY, three new games that all feature day-one support for DLSS 3.
Additionally, there’s support for 3 new Optimal Playable Settings profiles.

New NVIDIA App Beta Update Available Now
The NVIDIA app is the essential companion for gamers and creators with NVIDIA GPUs in their PCs and laptops. Our initial beta release in February was the first step in our journey to modernize and unify the NVIDIA Control Panel, GeForce Experience, and RTX Experience.
This new update, available now in-app and from our website, further enhances the NVIDIA app, adding G-SYNC controls, driver rollback, and more. RTX HDR multi-monitor support is also introduced, activating once our new GeForce Game Ready Driver is installed.
RTX HDR is an AI-powered game filter accessible in games via Alt+Z > Game Filter that seamlessly brings the vibrant world of High Dynamic Range (HDR) to games without HDR. Only 12 of the top 50 most-played GeForce games offer HDR support, so with the RTX HDR filter, you now take full advantage of your HDR-compatible monitor in thousands of SDR games running on DX12, DX11, DX9, and Vulkan, further enhancing your experience. Game Ready For THRONE AND LIBERTY, Featuring DLSS 3 & Reflex
NCSoft’s THRONE AND LIBERTY is a free-to-play MMORPG that takes place in the vast open world of Solisium. Following its earlier Korean release, THRONE AND LIBERTY launches today everywhere else. Game Ready For MechWarrior 5: Clans, Featuring DLSS 3 & Reflex
Piranha Games’ MechWarrior 5: Clans is a new single-player and co-op, campaign-based MechWarrior title, powered by Unreal Engine 5. Take on the role of a newly graduated pilot from the Smoke Jaguar cadet program, thrust into the heart of the Clan Invasion of the Inner Sphere during Operation Revival.
This pivotal moment in the MechWarrior universe sees players leading a five-mech "Star" squad across numerous planets with diverse biomes, engaging in an expansive campaign filled with immersive gameplay and intricate combat encounters. Armed with customizable BattleMechs featuring cutting-edge technologies, players explore a wealth of tactical options and strategic possibilities.
As the first Clan-based MechWarrior game in nearly three decades, it combines a captivating narrative with well-crafted characters and moral dilemmas, culminating in a dynamic and adaptive combat experience enhanced by a revamped MechLab, Hardpoint, and OmniPod system.
At launch on October 17th, MechWarrior 5: Clans will feature day-one support for both NVIDIA Reflex and DLSS 3, including DLSS Super Resolution and DLSS Frame Generation. Game Ready For Starship Troopers: Extermination, Featuring DLSS 3
Oddworld’s Starship Troopers: Extermination is a 16-player co-op first-person shooter. Join the Deep Space Vanguard, an elite Special Forces branch of the Mobile Infantry, in the fight against the Bug menace and claim victory for humanity! Retake and rebuild bases, construct refineries, and complete a variety of other side objectives to wrest control of the planet away from the Bug menace. Massive, detailed maps with several unique zones add to the incredible replayability, and swarm-based combat with hundreds of enemy Bugs on screen delivers the sense of taking part in an overwhelming planetary struggle.
Offworld's innovative Carnage system means that the bug corpses persist even after death. Watch thousands of bugs pile up, changing the landscape and leaving a permanent scar on the battlefield.
Casper Van Dien reprises his role as General Johnny Rico in the Special Operations Group (S.O.G.), a solo play mode sees the player undertake a multitude of missions dispatched by the General himself as he brings together the best of the best from Spec Ops divisions within the UCF for top-secret assignments.
Starship Troopers: Extermination launches October 11th, and if you own a GeForce RTX 40 Series GPU or laptop, you can activate DLSS 3 with Frame Generation and Super Resolution, aiding you in your fight against the Bug menace.
