GeForce RTX 40 SUPER Series Graphics Cards Launching This January, For Supercharged Gaming & Creating, With Super-Fast AI

The acclaimed GeForce RTX 40 Series just got SUPER: introducing our new GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER, GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER, and GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER graphics cards, launching this January.

All three GeForce RTX 40 SUPER Series GPUs are faster than their predecessors and come with RTX platform superpowers that enhance games, apps, and AI tasks. 

The GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER launches January 17th, starting at $599. It boasts 20% more CUDA Cores than the GeForce RTX 4070, and is great for gaming at max settings at 1440p in the latest and greatest titles. In the most graphically intensive games, the GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER is faster than the GeForce RTX 3090 while using a fraction of the power, and with DLSS 3 it’s 1.5x faster.

For gamers and creators using a prior generation GeForce RTX 3070 or RTX 2070, it’s a super upgrade. Blast past the 100 FPS mark in many of today’s best and most demanding games at 1440p, the resolution of choice for many gamers seeking a balance between price, performance and picture quality.

The GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER will be available as a Founders Edition direct from NVIDIA.com and select retailers, and in custom boards, including stock-clocked and factory-overclocked models, will be available from top add-in card providers such as ASUS, Colorful, Gainward, GALAX, GIGABYTE, INNO3D, KFA2, MSI, Palit, PNY and ZOTAC.

The GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER launches January 24th, starting at $799. It features more CUDA Cores and more memory, increasing the frame buffer to 16GB, accompanied by a 256 bit memory bus. It’s the perfect GPU to max out your high refresh 1440p panels and it can even game at 4K. Creators will also love it for video editing and rendering large 3D scenes.

The GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER is 1.6X faster than the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti, and 2.5X faster with DLSS 3 in the most graphically demanding games.

The GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER arrives January 31st, starting at $999. Upgraded with more CUDA Cores and the world’s fastest GDDR6X video memory (VRAM) running at 23 Gbps, the GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER is perfect for 4K fully ray-traced gaming, and the most demanding applications of Generative AI.

In Alan Wake 2, Cyberpunk 2077, and Portal with RTX, players can immerse themselves in fully ray traced visuals even with every other setting cranked to the absolute max. It is 1.4X faster than the RTX 3080 Ti without frame generation, in the most graphically intensive games.
