Promoter: NVIDIA Corporation on behalf of itself and its affiliates.

Time Period (for submission of entries): 12:00AM August 31, 20223 to 11:59 PM on September 30, 2023 (Singapore time zone).

  1. By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Rules ("Rules”) and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  2. The entry period for this Sweepstake Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. SG/TW time respectively for Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore and Malaysia on 31 August, 2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m. SGT/TW time respectively, on September 30, 2023 ("Entry Period”).
  3. To be eligible to win a prize, each Participant has to complete the following criteria:
    • Upload a clear photo of their authentic receipt from retailers/dealers purchased between 31 August 2023 to 30 September 2023;
    • Upload a photo of the serial number of the official purchased product box;
    • Key in the serial number of the eligible GeForce purchased product and date of purchase; and Complete the Promotion entry form with valid contact details on the “Raise Against Evil Sweepstake” promotional page.
  4. By submitting the photo on to the entry page, you expressly consent to NVIDIA and NVIDIA affiliates' collection, processing and use of your personal information that you provide in connection with this Promotion (including, but not limited to, disclosure of your full name, email address, phone number and profile photo) and under the terms of NVIDIA's privacy policy, which can be accessed at http://www.geforce.com/privacy-policy.
  5. The issue date of applicable authentic receipts should start 31st August 2023 to 30th September 2023.  Photo submissions will be reviewed and approved by NVIDIA at NVIDIA’s sole discretion. NVIDIA reserves the right to reject any entry or Participant.
  6. The prize winners will be draw from the entries between: prize winners from each country will be drawn out on 20st October 2023 from the Participants entering this Promotion between 31 August 2023 to 30th September 2023.
  7. NVIDIA will notify all winners by email. Winners must confirm receipt of notice by return of the email, and complete, sign and return a winner release form and other requisite documents (if any) listed in NVIDIA’s email notice within 14 working days after the receipt of email.
  1. All prizes will be shipped or emailed to the winners after NVIDIA receives the winners’ confirmation email with all document and information required by NVIDIA. Due to complications from COVID-19 or any other unforeseen circumstances, physical prizes may also take longer than expected to ship. Please expect delay/s.
  2. Only one entry per purchase.

  1. The promotion is in no way promoted, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
  2. Entry is only open to “Participants” who:
    • Have reached the age of majority in the Participants’ currently residing country. In the event the Participants have reached 13 years old but have not reached the age of majority in the Participants’ currently residing country, parental/guardian approval must have been obtained and such parental/guardian approval is valid conditioned upon the parent/guardian has read and consented to the Rules and Terms and Conditions. Children under 13 years old are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. No team entries and no corporate or institutional entries are permitted in this Promotion.
    • Currently resides in Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore or Malaysia.
  3. Cost: There is no cost or participation fee of any kind necessary to enter this Promotion.
  4. Content of Entries: The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entry, including any entry deemed by the Promoter, in its sole discretion, as ineligible. Without limiting the Promoter’s discretion, entries must not include any content that:
    • is sexually explicit or suggestive; unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; contains nudity;
    • promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; promotes any particular political agenda or message;
    • is obscene or offensive; endorses any form of hate or hate group; appears to duplicate any other submitted entries;
    • defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies;
    • contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses;
    • contains celebrities and/or other public or private figures; living or dead, without permission;
    • contains 3rd party advertisement that is not NVIDIA and brand-related images or text communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which we wish to associate; and/or
    • violates any law.
  5. Winners for the prizes:
    • All eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will be reviewed and approved by NVIDIA and published publicly on NVIDIA Promotion page.

    • NVIDIA reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of the same value without prior notice to Participants. The announcement of the prize substitution will be posted on the Promotion page.
    • The winner of this Promotion is solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and government charges that result from his/her receipt and/or use of the prize. NVIDIA reserves the right to withhold and deduct such taxes and charges from the prize if and to the extent required by law.
    • There is no cash alternative to the stated prize, and the prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
  6. Notification of Winners:
    • The Promoter will send an email to the winners. Winner must send back a confirmation by return of the email within fourteen (14) working days after the winner announcement on the below:
    • Each winner is responsible for monitoring his or her email account for notification and receipt or other communications related to this Promotion.
    • Winners will be required to provide identification and relevant document, if any, to prove they comply with the Rules and the Terms & Conditions, including their age.
    • If a winner cannot be reached by the Promoter within ten (10) days using the email address provided at the time of entry, Promoter reserves the right to reject the entry.
  7. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize or to return the required winner documents within the specified time period, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, or if a winner fails to comply with any of the provisions of these Rules, such winner will be considered to have forfeited the prize. In such case, NVIDIA reserves the right to draw reserve winners to substitute the disqualified winner(s) or not. NVIDIA’s decision relating to the result of Promotion shall be final. Translation of Rules: The English version of these Rules shall prevail if there are any conflicts or inconsistencies between the English version and any other non-English version of the Rules.

PERSONAL INFORMATION STATEMENTS

  1. Prize winner’s personal information (“Personal Information”) will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this Promotion and its winners.
  2. Participants should provide required information on the website. The Promoter will collect Participants’ personal information (including uploaded photos and receipts) and relevant information provided during the program (name, e-mail, city, phone number, etc.) for making public announcements, communication, subsequent works, records, and other purpose of marketing in this program and any advertising program in the future.
  3. Participants agree and consent the Promoter to announce names of winners or other data on the website based on the purpose of this program. Each Participant can choose to provide relevant personal information and category or not. If Participant is reluctant to provide, that participant shall forfeit the qualification of this program.
  4. Each Participant provides any personal information which shall be kept carefully by NVIDIA. In the period of personal information collection purpose, the period in contracts or relevant laws, or the storing period due to necessity for the performance of an official duty or fulfillment of a legal obligation, in accordance with NVIDIA Privacy Policy and relevant laws, the Promoter and its affiliated enterprises, co-marketing or co-promoting partners and their affiliated enterprises, other entity/company and its affiliated enterprise having business dealing with the Promoter, any necessary third party by legitimate obligation, or any other object with Participants’ consent in writing can use Participants’ personal information in or out of the eligible countries of this Promotion. According to NVIDIA Privacy Policy, Participants have rights of Access, Accuracy, Erasure, Restriction, Objection, Data portability, and Lodging a complaint with the appropriate supervisory authority.
