NVIDIA Reflex Available In Splitgate and Deathloop This Month

NVIDIA Reflex is a must-have in multiplayer titles, reducing system latency so your actions occur quicker, making you more competitive. It’s available in over 20 of the most popular multiplayer and esports games, it’s free, it’s available for all GeForce graphics cards dating back to the 900 Series, and it takes only a single click to enable.

This month, NVIDIA Reflex comes to Splitgate, and last week launched in Arkane’s new single-player title, Deathloop. In addition, there are a further 4 Reflex-compatible mice, and a new Reflex-compatible ASUS 240Hz 1440p monitor. For more information, keep reading.

NVIDIA Reflex Momentum Continues

NVIDIA Reflex is quick and easy for developers to add to their titles thanks to SDKs, plugins, and extensive documentation. Over 20 games have incorporated the latency-optimizing technology, and this month it heads to Splitgate and Deathloop.

Splitgate

Splitgate is a free-to-play, fast-paced multiplayer shooter from 1047 Games, featuring player-controlled portals that can be traversed and shot through, creating unique gameplay opportunities. The independently developed title recently launched on multiple platforms, bringing a surge of interest, and a massive increase in players, making it the perfect time to jump on in.

This month, a Splitgate update will introduce support for NVIDIA Reflex, reducing system latency for a smoother, more responsive gameplay experience. “We’re very excited to add NVIDIA Reflex to Splitgate where high-speed, multi-dimensional action is constant in each match. With a 50% reduction in system latency players will feel the difference immediately”, said Ian Proulx, CEO, 1047 Games.

Deathloop

Arkhane Entertainment’s Deathloop launched to critical acclaim last week, receiving 10/10s from several outlets, and generally high marks across the board. In the PC edition, GeForce gamers have been benefiting from the inclusion of NVIDIA Reflex, which enhances both the single player campaign, and the multiplayer mode where other players invade your game to kill you and send you back to the start of the eponymous death loop.

Using NVIDIA Reflex, system latency is reduced by up to 40%, making action more responsive. Hit your targets with greater ease, chain together the game’s supernatural abilities, and gain the competitive advantage against invading players.

Four New NVIDIA Reflex Compatible Mice

For competitive players and professionals, we created the NVIDIA Reflex Analyzer, enabling easy, accurate measurement of click-to-photon latency for the very first time. Using GeForce Experience and compatible tech built into Reflex mice and monitors, latency can be measured, players can tweak their setup, then test again to confirm latency is further reduced. When the game is on the line, eliminating any impedance to success is critical.

Plugging a NVIDIA Reflex-compatible mouse into a G-SYNC monitor with NVIDIA Reflex Analyzer technology yields click-to-display system latency measurement. This is the be all and end all of system latency testing, revealing how long it takes for your mouse click to be transmitted through hardware and software before appearing on-screen in the game.

Using any mouse, the Reflex Analyzer can capture PC Latency and Display Latency. But for the most accurate, real-time measurement of mouse latency, we have teamed up with leading mouse vendors to dynamically measure per click latency on the fly with the NVIDIA Reflex Analyzer.

Today, four new mice join the ever-expanding list of compatible mice, giving competitive players and esports professionals 33 esports-ready NVIDIA Reflex mice to choose from:

Pick your compatible mouse and monitor, boot up GeForce Experience, load one of your favorite games, and follow our guide to start testing your latency with the Latency Analyzer. And to help you further reduce system latency, we’ve got another guide that’s well worth checking out.
