Overall, our approach remains that you should decide when to take a break to relax, enjoy life, or attend to personal needs. You should work out the specifics with your manager. Hourly employees will accrue 15 days of PTO per year. Salaried employees don't accrue paid time off and should work with their manager to arrange for time away.
Employees have up to ten paid business days to grieve for an immediate family member.
Employees can take as much time as required to perform their civic responsibilities to serve as a juror or witness.
Employees will receive 80 hours of paid sick leave per calendar year.

If you need to take time off to care for a family member, you may request a Family Leave.
If you’re unable to work due to your own serious health condition, you may request a Medical Leave, which includes disability pay to support you so that you can focus on recovering.
If you need to take time off for your military obligations, you may request a Military Leave.
Our Parental Leave program provides new parents who have a new child through birth, adoption, foster care or surrogacy with time off to bond with their new child.
If you’re not covered by any other protected leave, you may request an unpaid, Personal Leave.
