The SETI@Home test measures the time required to process a 50MB work unit.
The HD Video Transcoding test measures the time required to transcode a MPEG-2 1280x720x30 @ 20Mb/S video file to the iTunes Apple TV format.
The CPU is tested with MediaCoder to do the transcoding. The GPU is tested using the BadaBoom Transcoder from Elemental Technologies.
The TMPGEnc Xpress test measures the time required to encode a MPEG 1280x720 85.9MB to MPEG-2 720x480 file.
The Power Director 7 test measures the time required to encode a MPEG-2 1280x720 188MB to MPEG2 720x480 AVCHD file.
