General

NVIDIA AI Summit lets you connect with NVIDIA and our ecosystem of customers and partners doing innovative, meaningful work in the public sector. You’ll discover valuable insights from industry leaders on AI in over 50 sessions and live demos covering generative AI, remote sensing, cybersecurity, robotics, industrial digitalization, and more.

AI Summit 2024 will be a hybrid event, with in-person (by invitation) and virtual options for attendees.

AI Summit will take place at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, and the JW Marriott Washington DC, October 7-9, 2024.

Bob Pette’s special address will happen on Tuesday, October 8 at 10:00 a.m. at the JW Marriott. Registration is required for entry.

Yes, the AI Summit mobile app is available now to download for iOS and Android devices. You must be registered for AI Summit in person to access content and all app features.

Registration

Yes, registration is required to attend AI Summit in person or virtually.

General conference passes to attend in person are now sold out. Exhibit-Only passes are available in limited quantities.

AI Summit registration is complimentary by invitation. The AI Summit Full-Day workshop is $495 per workshop seat and group discounts are available.

Credit cards, wire transfers, and checks are acceptable methods of payment until Friday, September 20, 2024. After this date, only credit card payments will be accepted. Your registration must be paid in full in order to attend the event.

Wire transfer payments need to be received no later than Friday, September 20, 2024. If you’d like to change your payment method to credit card, you can do so by logging in to your Attendee Portal.

After registering for AI Summit, the transaction will appear on your credit card or bank statement as “RAINFOC*NVIDIAaisumWDC".

There’s no deadline to register, but it’s very likely that the event will sell out, so early registration is recommended.

If you can’t make the event, please submit your cancellation requests at AISummitDC_Support@nvidia.com. The following processing fees will apply:

  • Before 11:59 p.m. EDT, Monday, September, 16, 2024—A $50 processing fee/cancellation penalty will apply.
  • After 11:59 p.m. EDT, Monday, September 16, 2024—No refunds will be granted.
  • No-shows are ineligible for NVIDIA workshop refunds.

Substitution requests will be granted but must be received by 11:59 p.m. EDT, Friday, September 27, 2024. To transfer your registration to a colleague or if you’re having difficulty registering online, please email AISummitDC_Support@nvidia.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.

No, this is an invitation-only event and transfers are not possible for NVIDIA AI Summit Washington, D.C.

NVIDIA reserves the right to deny registration to any individual or entity for any reason, at our sole discretion. These include past or present failures to meet NVIDIA’s standards of conduct, as well as (but not limited to) engaging in violent, illegal, threatening, or discriminatory conduct. Traveling to Washington, D.C.

No, we do not have a hotel block for AI Summit attendees.

Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA) is three miles from the JW Marriott Washington DC. Get more information on ground transportation options from DCA.

Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center—1300 Pennsylvania Avenue NW

Park in downtown DC’s largest and most easily accessible garage. Whether you’re looking for hourly or daily parking, with 2,000 spaces and a prime location, they can accommodate your needs.

It’s conveniently located near many Washington, D.C. attractions—including the National Mall, the Washington Monument, the White House, Smithsonian Museums (including the National Museum of African American History and Culture), the Warner and National Theaters, and many others. The underground garage is safe, secure, and open 24 hours a day.

You can access the parking garage at the following three entrances:

(1) 13½ Street and Pennsylvania Avenue

(2) located on either side of the building on 14th Street between Constitution Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue

No, there's no shuttle service between the two locations. The JW Marriott Washington DC and the Ronald Reagan Building are 0.2 miles apart, just a quick five-minute walk.

Special Address

NVIDIA VP and General Manager of Enterprise Platforms Bob Pette’s special address will be released on Tuesday, October 8 at 10:00 a.m. EDT. Click here to watch once it’s available.

Daily lunch will be available for those who have purchased the following package types: Conference, Conference:Tuesday, Conference:Wednesday, and Full-Day Workshop. Evening receptions (Tuesday and Wednesday) include a selection of appetizers and beverages and are by invitation only for registered attendees. Food will be available for purchase at both the JW Marriott Washington DC (located in the lobby) and the Ronald Reagan Building (food court). A full dinner will not be served.

All meals include meat and vegetarian options. Lunch will be a mix of sandwiches, salads, hot dishes (varies by day), and a selection of sides and desserts. Beverages are also included with meals at no additional cost.

As part of the registration process, we collect specific dietary restrictions (such as gluten-free, halal, kosher, etc.) The deadline to make those requests is Monday, September 16.

Yes, there will be a Mother's Room available onsite at both locations. Refrigerator storage is not provided, but ice packs are available. Please bring your own cooler. Please note this space cannot be reserved.

Yes, bag check is available at the bell desk in the JW Marriott Washington DC lobby. Due to security, we will not have bag storage at the Ronald Reagan Building. Please ensure your belongings are clearly labeled and easily identifiable.

Virtual Experience

AI Summit content will also be available for virtual attendees. Click here to register for a free digital pass to attend the event virtually.

If you need to update the information in your attendee profile, please log in here. Under the order summary, select “Click here to update your registration profile”.

Click here to log in to your Attendee Portal using the email address and password that you established during registration. You’ll be able to access all AI Summit content through the Session Catalog. Fifteen minutes before the start of the session, there will be a “JOIN” button to access the content.

Once you’ve completed registration for AI Summit, click here to log in to your attendee portal and purchase the Full-Day Workshop of your choice.

Unfortunately, Full-Day Workshops are live, instructor-led programs and won’t be recorded.

If you’re attending AI Summit 2024 virtually, registration isn’t required to watch Bob Pette’s session.

All you need is an internet connection and a connected device (laptop, tablet, mobile phone). However, we recommend that you update your web browsers to the latest version before joining the event. Once you’ve registered for a particular session or training, we’ll notify you of any additional setup instructions. Still, all software used during the event will be free and seamless to use.

Content and On-demand

After completing the registration process, please log in to your account with the same credentials that you created when registering. You can browse the Session Catalog and click the “Add to Schedule” button on a specific session to add to your personal calendar.

To access your personal schedule, log in here and select “My Schedule” on the left. In the top right corner you’ll see the download button where you can download to ICal, VCal, or CSV and then save to your personal calendar.

When you download your personal schedule and sync with your mail client, a reminder will be sent 15-30 minutes before the session starts. However, you’ll need to re-download any time you adjust your schedule.

Only scheduled sessions have the “Add to Calendar” option. All other on-demand sessions aren’t scheduled at a specific time and will be available to view at your convenience beginning at 10:00 a.m. EDT on Monday, April 10, 2024. In the meantime, you can click the “star icon” to add the session to your interest list.

AI Summit 2024 content will be available on NVIDIA On Demand starting after the special address on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 and will be available to the public for viewing on NVIDIA On Demand beginning Monday, October 14, 2024. If you aren’t already a member, you can join here for free.

Please log in to your Attendee Portal and select “Surveys” on the left navigation panel. From here, you can respond to the surveys for any sessions you attended and see the surveys you’ve already completed.
