Native Command Queing - the first sata command queing standard - the new one's called Tagged Command Queing. They are AFAIK the same.
You can check it status by opening up your device manager and choosing properties on the SATA contollers.

If your drive doesn't support NCQ/TCQ you cannot enable it - simple as that. Which harddrive is it ?

No the drives that i use support the NCQ function (Seagate 7200.07, MAXTOR Diamond Max Plus 10 300Go 16Mo cache and Hitachi 7K500 SATA II 500Go...) but i don't find anything in the bios to enable the NCQ before XP installation like the Intel platform (AHCI to enable in the bios and SATA NCQ driver when installing Windows XP by pressing F6)...
May i used the wrong SATA pilot ?

You're french right ?
You gotta use the driver pack from nVidia - you dont need to enable anything in the bios as TCQ is part of the SATA protocol.

In Device Manager, under IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers, chose NVIDIA nFORCE4 ADMA Controller (for me it is the second of these entries). Choose either Primary Channel or Secondary Channel tab and check the "Enable command queuing" checkbox.
