Glitching screen after a lagging issue

Have you tested using a better local connection, to see if the problem still occurs? The 2.4Ghz WiFi is not recommended for a reason...

My laptop is connected to the Internet through 2.4 Ghz Wi-Fi, something the app doesn't fail to remind me almost every time I start up a game. Sometimes, however, when the stream lowers in quality momentarily due to latency issues, the screen starts flipping out and flashing a zoomed-in corner instead of showing the actual stream, rendering everything unplayable and forcing me to shut down the whole thing, and this hasn't been addressed even in the slightest in months.
