Same problem on RTX 3070. Started today and has only happened once so far. My entire rig is only about 50 days old so unlikely to be hardware related.

Strange issue with this driver on RTX 3070. After I boot up my PC, I get random black boxes in the middle of both of my monitors. I guess this is called artifacting.
If I reboot my PC, it goes away. This has only happened once so far but I've read about others having this same issue with recent NVIDIA drivers and especially the 30-series graphics cards.
This does not happen in any games, I've only seen it happen on my desktop so far. That also seems to be a pattern of this particular issue. Please investigate.

Thank you for your quick work. I have a potential issue to report regarding the 531.xx drivers.
World of Warcraft: Dragonflight froze for me today (for about 30-60 seconds) after which the game reloaded all of the assets. Event Viewer reported Event 0, nvlddmkm with GPUID: 700 and Event 4101.
This is a brand new PC (20 days old) with all new components. Other games are stable and don't crash or freeze. Perhaps incompatibility with this driver, Windows 11, and DX12? Please investigate.
This was with 531.18 but based on the feedback I'm seeing, I think 531.xx in general might be causing issues.
RTX 3070 / Ryzen 7 5800X / 16GB RAM / Windows 11
