@wwmoggy Clearly, that title's question is rhetorical and anyone could easily find (under your profile) that most of your comments (and a couple of other shills here too) are super Pro-Shield for years, even when there has been WELL-KNOWN + DOCUMENTED + ISSUES that has been reported from here to every other outlets that hosts NVIDIA/Shield's products. You, and your minions, still give false enthusiasm to this messed up device that a few corrupted users are FALSELY claiming that this product is overall doing well after the ratchet 9.x.x downgrade which is extremely false for a great number of users.
You are even on record for saying that the last official update was stable but after MANY months (since 2022) that was clearly false... again... just by looking at the recent SO-CALLED "hotfix" FIXES (aka bandaids, NVIDIA never corrects an issue, they only circumvents or hides it, meaning, the issue will break again and the issue will be back in the future) that many issues were still abandoned since last year. That makes the NVIDIA Shield team look either super inferior or they just put the Shield on the back-burner while working on other stuff but whatever the reason is, it's very anti-consumer.
We understand that NVIDIA is known to give FREE perks (GPUs, Shield hardware, ect.) to... uhm... a few QUESTIONABLE users to help them to micro-manage their forums/social handlers (off the record, ofc) by trying to discredited legitimate issues/complaints but at the costs for your integrity, ect, though?! Just... Wow! Free is NEVER really... FREE!

Nope. TCP is not even labeled a great Indy title.

If you are not going to give requested data back to the rep, at least reference your material by either dropping a link and/or submit pics/vids to your complaints. Make it easier to help NVIDIA to help you.

You're being very short on details and the rep had asked you a few questions but you only answered one. Help him to help you by giving him everything plus more if needed or sit in a corner, seriously.

Unreal Engine 5 titles, and RT, are not all AAA games. Who told you that?! Plenty of Indie devs use Unreal Engine and inject RT. Dead Space 4 (aka TCP) is solo A at best.
This is a new start-up studio that has fired rejects from EA that is known to have serious business ethics issues and poor gaming dev skills.
Saints Row have RT, etc. but NVIDIA did not treat SR like a AAA title either. Besides, TCP is an AMD title, so, TCP is already nerfed from the top on all NVIDIA's GPUs in favour for AMD GPUs. GUARANTEED!

HDR has been a serious issue for NVIDIA, in general, since Turing released, and the HDR issues super magnified with Ampere.
Even GFE lacks correct HDR due to NVIDIA deliberately abandonment it seems and just like you said, it appears that NVIDIA does not know how to CORRECT its poor HDR implementation or they just don't care enough about getting around to correcting the issues anytime soon.

No wonder, you are into the future with that v9.2.2 and the latest OFFICIAL release is v9.1.1.
If you are going to whine, please, get your lie sort it out 1st and state the correct release version to kind of make it look like a legit complaint, alright? :-)

Easy fix. Drop that paid streaming shit and go local streaming with unlimited bandwidth, especially with a 4090 as part of your home server.
4k Blurays are super cheap, no excuse not to rip your own content today and free yourself from being handcuffed to this crooked industry.
If you are one of those impatient people, just gotta watch the latest shows/films on the first day that they are aired, well, you have much bigger issues I'm afraid.

You need to post pictures or a video to your claims. Just because you claim you've tested 4 GPUs is just hearsay and gibberish just to get attention to it, c'mon now. Submit pics/vids on all alleged GPUs or it never happened.
And for the record, I have two Strik 3090Tis, and ran OCCT for 30 minutes each and did not see any of your alleged reports.

Then, download the SHIELD app (I don't know how your SHIELD see your network now, though). Why wasn't that done on the FIRST-DAY of purchase? Never just rely on one source for anything, even if it's not used very often.

Technically, this is not an NVIDIA open issue, and researching this issue, it's more of a GIGABYTE issue and they need to fix your issues.
Drivers changes with the latest Windows' etc. compliances all the time but if others are not keeping up with these revisions too, well, here you are.
