Had this problem too and it seems for me it that the power cable connecting to the card didn't have enough space. It was just getting slightly pinched against the side of my case. I haven't had a crash in a week almost now. Sometimes it does go this long without crashing but I am hoping the issue is fixed.

Frack you. I can think of Hitman 2 straight off the top of my head. That has a DX12 SLI profile.

Why does it take so long to sort this out. I have had to use the older drivers to run Remnant from the ahes… I want the new optimised version with the SLI profile :(

That is the company line they are towing with that response. Disgusting.

With the performance penalty that turning RTX ON brings, why wouldn’t they work on getting SLi working properly on the showcase RTX game?
My exact thoughts. We work hard for the money to purchase two of these cards, only to have one card sit there idle doing nothing. Where is the incentive for others to purchase this product? Why would they ever even consider purchasing two RTX cards, or two of any card when Nvidia themselves fail to support their own NVlink/SLI technology? I'm not sure where everyone else is from, but here in Canada, it cost me approximately $3750.00 for two 2080Ti cards and the new NVlink bridge. And then we find out top tier games like Metro Exodus and The Division 2 have no SLI/AFR support. To me, this is a total slap in the face.

Nvidia RTX 2080Ti

Couldn't have said it any better myself. at the moment I have 2 GTX Titan x graphics cards, coming to the end of their life I suppose for a 4K gamer. Slis now critical for playing on ultra ever decent framerate. I was going to consider two RTX Titans for my next machine but judging by a lack of support for this flagship game, I don't think I'll bother now. Its also a shame that there's not even a whisper from Nvidia about any of this.

I am disappointed to read there is no sli/afr support, in my opinion, Nvidia really missed the opportunity to show off what the RTX series cards are capable of.

Do not waste your time, the game on the application of nvidia "not friendly with sli / mgpu". That is, all attempts to run two cards are useless.
I’m sure 100% nvidia themselves told the developers to remove sli support so that the old maps do not create rtx competition)
That is tin foil hat conspiracy level stuff.

Thanks for the response. I did a DDU and rolled back to 399. That hasn't fixed the problem, in fact now when I load up my pc the computer sometimes doesn't even recognise there is a graphics card installed. Sometimes it only recognises a single GPU. Most times when I load up, there is no sign of Nvidia control panel, regardless of whether the computer recognises a graphics card or not.
Does this indicate a possible motherboard problem? I can't for the life of me find out my motherboard model...
My PSU is 250v it seems. I can't find any information as to whether it is multi rail. I paid a shit load of money for it though back in 2016.
thanks, I appreciate I'm not giving decent information. I think I will get a guy to come over and take a look at it.

Thanks for the information my friend. I am glad that it's most probably a driver issue. I am running on the latest drivers.
I am not a tech guy at all. I just know enough to get a decent overclock and enjoy the game. My apologies for not posting the correct stuff and not doing the research beforehand.

Thanks again.

Hey guys.
I've had two GeForce GTX Titan x's running in sli for about two and a half years now.
Sometimes when I run games in sli, the FPS level just drops. I have to exit the program and look at MSI Afterburner to find out what went wrong, I don't see anything to explain the drop in frames at all, it's like my cards are running in safe mode and only going fifty percent.
This has been happening on and off since I got the cards pretty much, but only initially with a heavy overclock and the temp was approaching 90c. Now this tends to happen more and more even with a very light or no overclock. I replaced the sli bridge and I thought that solved the issue as a week went past without it happening. Eventually it came back though.
I clean the pc out with compressed air once a week, and I make sure the card temps are fine. This often happens when the temps are no more than 70c so I'm pretty sure it's not that.
Any advice would be very welcome, thank you for the time.

Okay, got it working.
Strangely there seems to be two profiles for Metro Last light Redux on Nvidia inspector. One named 'Metro Last Light Redux', using standard global settings without SLI, and the other profile, named 'Metro Redux', uses the custom profile with SLI enabled.
I simply deleted the Metro Last light Redux profile and launched the game and it used the Metro Redux profile.

Hey Nvidia, thanks for the driver. Are you planning on releasing an SLI profile for Battlefront????

Thanks but, who needs you to repeat lol? I was wondering if anyone else who is playing has anti aliasing forced on through the options? I couldn't seem to turn it off with my origin access trial version!
