Battlefield 1’s position as the year’s most anticipated multiplayer game has been cemented following an extremely enjoyable open beta that saw 13.2 million gamers blow each other and the destructible map to smithereens.

Having whetted appetites with the open beta, EA DICE will launch the completed Battlefield 1 to gamers worldwide October 21st, with early access on October 18th for Origin Access users and buyers of select Special Editions.

If you’re looking to play the full release, EA today announced their Battlefield 1 system requirements, recommending NVIDIA gamers to gear up with a GeForce GTX 1060 for 60 FPS action at 1920x1080, when using the High graphics preset.
