NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 and 3090 graphics cards are the world’s fastest, giving you the performance to enjoy the latest and greatest games at the highest resolutions and detail levels. They're packed with innovations and features that make your experiences better, and are the first to feature support for HDMI 2.1 and AV1.

Reviews are great, gamers love them, and developers are adopting RTX, NVIDIA DLSS, and NVIDIA Reflex en masse.

To ensure that every gamer can find the perfect GeForce RTX GPU for their needs, our partners at ASUS, Colorful, EVGA, Gainward, GALAX, GIGABYTE, Inno3D, MSI, Palit, PNY and ZOTAC are rapidly releasing custom cards. Nearly 90 models are available at the time of writing, each with different clock speeds, cooling solutions, extra features, and cool enhancements, such as clip-on fans and pop up LCD screens.

To help you find the ideal card for your system, we’ve rounded up every model currently announced, and detailed the main features. For further info, card dimensions, feature breakdowns, power requirements, and pictures, be sure to visit the manufacturers’ product pages linked below.

Note, to improve manufacturing speeds, reduce costs, decrease e-waste, and to ensure all products are cooled to the max, manufacturers are in almost all instances using the same coolers on both their GeForce RTX 3080 and 3090 models. In cases where there are differences, they’re mentioned in the descriptions.

ASUS

GeForce RTX 3080s

ASUS TUF-RTX3080-10G-GAMING

Boost Clock: 1740 MHz (OC mode)

Power Connectors: Two 8-pin

Size: 2.7-Slot

MSRP: $699.99

Manufacturer’s Product Page

ASUS’s TUF Gaming brand gets a new design with the launch of the GeForce RTX 30 Series. Now featuring tri-axial fans, the central fan runs in the opposite direction to reduce turbulence, decrease noise and increase static airflow pressure, for an overall improved experience. And when the card’s idling or at low usage levels, the fans stop, decreasing computer noise.

Taking cues from the Founders Edition flow through design, the PCB and metal backplate feature cut outs and vents to help exhaust hot air, keeping temps lower, and allowing fans to run at slower, quieter speeds.

The TUF Gaming card also features a dual BIOS switch (for folks wanting to indulge in overclocking), minimal RGB, and two HDMI 2.1 outputs, as well as three DisplayPort 1.4a outputs.

An O10G variant (ASUS TUF-RTX3080-O10G-GAMING) ups the factory overclock to 1815 MHz (OC mode), and has a MSRP of $729.99.

ASUS ROG-STRIX-RTX3080-10G-GAMING

Boost Clock: 1740 MHz (OC mode)

Power Connectors: Three 8-pin

Size: 2.9-Slot

MSRP: $829.99

Manufacturer’s Product Page

ASUS’s STRIX model increases the depth of the card to enlarge the heatsink, further improving cooling capabilities. Higher-grade components improve power delivery, and an extra 8-pin power connector increases power and overclocking headroom.

Beneath 55C the fans sit idle; the heatsink has been machine lapped to improve contact with the GPU die, for better thermal transfer and performance; there’s the same 2x HDMI 2.1, 3x DP 1.4a output setup; and a large RGB light strip stretching the length of the card illuminates its top and the fans.

The O10G model (ASUS ROG-STRIX-RTX3080-O10G-GAMING) increases the factory overclock to 1935 MHz (OC mode), and has a MSRP of $849.99.

GeForce RTX 3090s

ZOTAC’s AMP Holo model comes with an out of the box factory overclock, has a higher power limit for overclocking, and features a unique “HoloBlack” shroud design with an iridescent holographic finish and complementary RGB. Additional RGB is offered on the top of the card, and on the metal backplate, all of which is synchronized.

A faster variant, the AMP Extreme Holo, increases the out of the box overclock to 1800 MHz, and adds a third 8-pin for extra power delivery and overclocking headroom.
