The prize of this promotion consists of the following: There will be a total of twenty-four (24) winners with four (4) winning TOP PRIZES of one (1) NVIDIA RTX GPU each as described below; and the remaining twenty (20) winning RUNNER UP prizes of one (1) NVIDIA SHIELD TV PRO each as described below:

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner of each prize may not substitute the prize for its cash equivalent. NVIDIA reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with any article or service of similar or greater value at its sole discretion. Prize(s) may not be assigned or transferred. An individual may only win a single prize. If multiple eligible tweets are selected by the same individual in these random drawings, that individual will only receive the first prize. Up to ten (10) entries allowed per individual.

3. To enter this promotion, you must:

Attend the NVIDIA GTC 2021 keynote by CEO Jensen Huang scheduled to broadcast at 8:30 AM PACIFIC DAYLIGHT TIME (UTC-7) on Monday, April 12, 2021 or watch on-demand by 10:30 AM PACIFIC DAYLIGHT TIME (UTC-7) on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/gtc/keynote/, or on the @NVIDIA Twitter or YouTube channels or one of many outlets broadcasting the keynote.

Find as many of the “hidden treasures” appearing during the keynote. For example, there may be hidden items, messages, or puzzles to decode. Tweet your answers of all the “hidden treasures” you have found, and the timestamp of the keynote, plus hashtags #GTCTreasure plus @NVIDIAGTC to enter to win prizes. Submit your answers via Twitter by 10:30 AM PACIFIC DAYLIGHT TIME (UTC-7) on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 to be entered into the sweepstakes for prizes listed above.

The total number of “hidden treasures” will remain unknown, until it is tweeted by the @NVIDIAGTC twitter handle before the end of the sweepstakes entry period.

All entries, must be received no later than between 8:30 AM PACIFIC DAYLIGHT TIME (UTC-7) on Monday, April 12, 2021 and 10:30 AM PACIFIC DAYLIGHT TIME (UTC-7) on Wednesday, April 14, 2021

NVIDIA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PUSH OUT THE SWEEPSTAKES DEADLINES BY UP TO 48 HOURS TO ALLOW FOR ADDITIONAL WINNERS AND FOR MORE HIDDEN TREASURES TO BE FOUND, IF NECESSARY. Notification will be done via the @NVIDIAGTC Twitter handle before the end of the sweepstakes entry period.

4. The winners will be randomly drawn by a representative of NVIDIA, whose decision will be final and binding in all respects, from all entries to this sweepstakes. The winners will be notified by private message or email within twenty four (24) hours after the drawing. Each winner must respond to the notification message or email within two (2) days from the time the notification message or email is sent, or prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner.

By entering this promotion you expressly consent to NVIDIA's collection, processing and use of your personal information that you provide in connection with this promotion (including, but not limited to, disclosure of your name and state of residence on a winners list and making such list available to the public) and under the terms of NVIDIA’s privacy policy, which can be accessed at https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/about-nvidia/privacy-policy/.

6. NVIDIA makes no warranty or representation as to any of the prizes and is not liable if you experience technical difficulties, due to reasons not attributable to NVIDIA, including but not limited to manufacture defects, model incompatibility, and restrictions imposed by the manufacturer.

NVIDIA reserves the right to terminate this promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond NVIDIA's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion as determined by NVIDIA in its sole discretion. Online entries made with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities or through the use of any other device or artifice to enter multiple times will be deemed invalid. If the winner is an online entrant, the winning online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address from which the entry was made. The authorized email account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider, service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
