If you choose to take an exam online remotely, you’ll need to install a secure browser on your computer provided by the NVIDIA Authorized Training Partner (NATP) so the proctor can communicate with you, monitor and record your examination session, and ensure you’re not able to use your computer, other devices, or materials to violate the examination rules.
This will involve monitoring you and your computer in real time throughout the examination session for examination security and test integrity purposes. Your face, desk, workspace, and voice will be monitored and recorded at your location by video, audio, and other technological means (test recordings), such that all activity at your location will be visible to the proctor.
The NATP will process your personal data, including personal details provided (such as name and email address), qualifications, education, assessment details, test recordings, answers to exam questions, results of the exam, and records of technical support. Such data will be shared with NVIDIA. At the end of the exam (following final review and confirmed submission), you must disconnect from the NATP’s browser to stop the recording. Personal data, other than test recordings, collected by the Test Delivery Partner will be retained by NVIDIA or the Testing Delivery Partner for record keeping and verification purposes. The test recordings will be retained only for the period necessary to ascertain examination and test integrity; after such time, the videos will be deleted.
In the event any misconduct is detected during the exam session, the examination may be paused or terminated without refund, and a report will be provided to NVIDIA. The NATP will share the results of your exam, including personal data, with NVIDIA.
