A Natural Language-Oriented Analytics Platform for Cancer Omics Data

We'll show our newly developed natural language-oriented analytics platform for analyzing and visualizing cancer omics data. We'll describe the whole workflow of this web platform and how we integrate NVIDIA's NeMo toolkit to build our conversational AI. We'll also demonstrate how to use this human language-based platform to perform genomic analysis on cancer omics data, such as survival analysis, mutation analysis, correlation analysis, high-dimensional data visualization, and automatic pipelines for processing next-generation sequencing data.
