Drive Infrastructure is a complete workflow platform addressing many areas of the AV development lifecycle including data ingestion, curation, labeling, training, validation through simulation, replay, and synthetic data generation. This session will talk about how the DGX SuperPOD will help simplify and accelerate AV development in this rapidly evolving market. Secondly, Synthetic Data Generation is a key component in the AV development life cycle. We will cover the concept of synthetic data generated from computer simulations or algorithms and how it provides an inexpensive alternative to real-world data. We will talk about our open source collaboration tool called Omniverse and how DRIVE Replicator for Synthetic Data Generation (SDG) for Drive SIM help accelerates AV development and improves perception results.
Beyond AV development, Data Science is enabling an end-to end transformation in Automotive including everything from Intelligent Customer Interactions to Supply Chain Optimizations. Streamlining the deployment and management of AI, machine learning and data analytics workloads supporting AV, Connected Everything (Vehicle - Customer - Dealer - Factory) and more has become critical in delivering rapid outcomes for consumers. In this part of the session we will talk about the IT challenges faced when running modern applications and how the unified accelerated data center approach using NVIDIA’s DGX and EGX platforms can help deliver the needed accelerated compute to enterprise data centers running AI/ML applications. We will also talk about how NVIDIA’s software suites including NVIDIA AI Enterprise, RIVA (Conversational AI) and Merlin (Recommenders) are all playing a role in helping accelerate workloads for Connected Everything in Auto.
*IMPORTANT: Connect with the Experts sessions are interactive sessions that give you a unique opportunity to meet, in either a group or 1:1 setting, with the brilliant minds behind NVIDIA’s products and research to get your questions answered. Space is limited - first come, first served. We request that you limit your 1:1 discussion with our Experts to 5 minutes. You will have the option to ask questions in a group setting as well. We also recommend that you use a headset microphone to ensure our Experts can hear you clearly. To test your webcam (optional) and microphone settings, please visit this link.
