It’s a unique conference that brings together developers, researchers, business leaders, IT decision-makers, creators, and NVIDIA’s partner ecosystem. GTC attendees have a common goal to learn from real-world examples of AI and accelerated computing. There are options to attend in person or virtually.

Credit cards, wire transfers, and checks are acceptable methods of payment until Friday, February 28, 2025. After this date, only credit card payments will be accepted. Your registration must be paid in full in order to attend the conference.
After registering for GTC, the transaction will appear on your credit card or bank statement as “RAINFOC*NVIDIA GTCS25".

GTC welcomes all international attendees and we’re committed to making the process as seamless as possible.
As part of your GTC registration, you may request an invitation letter through the registration form. After completing your registration and payment, your invitation letter will be emailed to you within a week. If for any reason your visa is denied, we’ll issue a full refund of your registration payment.

There’s no deadline to register for GTC, but it’s very likely that the event will sell out, so early registration is recommended.
If you can’t make the event, please submit your cancellation requests at GTC_registration@nvidia.com. The following processing fees will apply:

While laptops and small bags are allowed inside the venue, we encourage attendees to keep their belongings to a minimum. This will help ensure a smooth and efficient entry process for all attendees.
Yes, there will be a bag check service available (suitcases only) for those arriving directly from the airport. Bag check is located on the South side of the building close to the shuttle stops.
There are multiple ways to get to the SAP Center from the Convention Center and back again.
Yes, please head to the lobby of the Marriott San Jose (connected to the convention center) and speak to one of our ambassadors in a green shirt. They'll assist you to the ADA shuttle, which will deliver you to the SAP Center. Upon arrival, another ambassador will greet you and show you where to go.
After the keynote ends, an ambassador will assist you in getting back to the ADA shuttle in the same spot where you were dropped off.

The San Jose McEnery Convention Center has an underground parking garage with entrances on both Market Street and South Almaden Boulevard. Yes, Parent’s Rooms are located throughout the GTC campus. Refrigerators or coolers aren't provided in the Parent’s Rooms, but ice packs are available. Please bring your own cooler.

Lunch is available for purchase at GTC. There are several food trucks in GTC Park serving a variety of food for your enjoyment, as well as concession stands throughout the GTC campus and other local restaurants in downtown San Jose. If you purchased a Full-Day Workshop, Conference pass, or One-Day Conference pass, you’ll receive daily lunch and can pick it up in the GTC Park.
A full dinner is not served. However, there are various opportunities for GTC attendees to enjoy an evening meal with colleagues, including Dinner With Strangers, Night Market at the Park, Show Your Badge Program, and select Evening Receptions. Evening Receptions (Sunday through Wednesday) include a selection of appetizers and beverages and are open to registrants with a Conference pass, One-Day Conference pass, or Exhibits + Keynote pass.
All meals include meat and vegetarian options.
Halal and Kosher meals will be available for pickup from the special meal table in the park.
Vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan meal options will be identified and available through the general meal pick-up locations.

Join lively discussions over a self-hosted meal with 10 to 20 other conference attendees at pre-reserved tables in restaurants across a variety of cuisines and price points. Dinner With Strangers takes place Sunday through Thursday during GTC from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at various local restaurants. Please download the GTC Mobile App to reserve a seat at the table and restaurant options. Table size is limited, so book early.

Once you’ve completed registration for GTC, log in to your attendee portal to purchase the digital Full-Day Workshop of your choice.
Unfortunately, Full-Day Workshops are live, instructor-led programs and won’t be recorded.
If you’re attending GTC 2025 virtually, registration isn’t required to watch Jensen Huang’s keynote.
All you need is an internet connection and a connected device (laptop, tablet, mobile phone). However, we recommend that you update your web browsers to the latest version before joining the event. Once you’ve registered for a particular session or training, we’ll notify you of any additional setup instructions. Still, all software used during the event will be free and seamless to use.
After completing the registration process, please log in to your account with the same credentials you created when registering. You can browse the session catalog and click the “Add to Schedule” button on a specific session to add it to your personal calendar.
To access your personal schedule, log in here and select “My Schedule” on the left. In the top right corner, you’ll see the download button where you can download to ICal, VCal, or CSV and then save to your personal calendar.
When you download your personal schedule and sync it with your mail client, a reminder will be sent 15-30 minutes before the session starts. However, you’ll need to re-download any time you adjust your schedule.
Only scheduled sessions have the “Add to Calendar” option. All other on-demand sessions aren’t scheduled at a specific time and will be available to view at your convenience, beginning after the keynote concludes on Tuesday, March 18. In the meantime, you can click the “star icon” to add the session to your interest list.
A recording of most live webinars will be made available within 72 hours after the session ends. Full-day instructor-led workshops, programs, and training are live and won't be recorded.
