GTC welcomes all international attendees and we’re committed to making the process as seamless as possible.

As part of your GTC registration, you may request an invitation letter through the registration form. After completing your registration and payment, your invitation letter will be emailed within a week. If for any reason your visa is denied, we’ll issue a full refund of your registration payment.

The San Jose McEnery Convention Center has an underground parking garage with entrances on both Market Street and South Almaden Boulevard. The Parent's Room is located on the Concourse Level next to the Grand Ballroom.
Refrigerator storage is not provided, but ice packs are available in the room. Please bring your own cooler.
